MDR Encino Pharmacy is looking for a talented and motivated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. We are proud to have earned the distinction as the largest independent specialty fertility pharmacy in the United States and we are dedicated to serving the needs of our patients. What You Will Do

As a Staff Pharmacist, you will work and learn under the direction of our team of licensed pharmacists in an open and closed-door pharmacy setting.

Skills/Qualities

• Graduated from a School of Pharmacy recognized by the California State Board and have a current California Pharmacist License.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team is a plus!
• Experience in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• High emotional intelligence – to provide empathetic and compassionate service to our patients.
• Strong team player who contributes to a friendly and inclusive work environment.
• The ability to prioritize based on importance and urgency.
